A: That depends on the nature of the task. If you know exactly what you want or have urgent deadlines to meet, we make it a priority to turn your job round very quickly.
We can provide a schedule for you for every job, outlining what we will do and when, plus what is expected from you for input and approval so we can meet your deadlines and budget.
Q: Who owns the copyright to my artwork?
A: Unlike some agencies, we believe that when you or your company commissions work and pays for it you then you should be free to use it as you wish.
We can archive your artwork for you and charge a nominal £25 retrieval fee should you wish to access it.
Q: Who owns the copyright to my photography?
A: If you commission photography from City Graphics Partnership, either a one-off shot, or a day’s location shoot to create a library of images, they are yours to use wherever you wish.
Q: Who do I deal with on a daily basis?
A: We find it works best if you speak directly to whoever is working on your job. We don’t employ account handlers or go-betweens to eliminate confusion and keep costs down. Initially you might want to speak to Aydon, the top cheese to get your creative juices flowing and make the introductions to the rest of the team.
